Erica
Head Technician, CVTErica is our Head Technician supervising, training, and overseeing our enthusiastic and committed staff. She has a BA in Sociology from Suffolk University and received her AS in Veterinary Technology from Mount Ida College in 2015 and has since been a CVT for all her career.
Kelsey
Client Service RepresentativeKelsey is a graduate of Salem State University with a BS in Marine Biology. She has loved animals all her life, but has spent most of her time with cats. She came to Best Pets from a receptionist position at an emergency clinic and also has experience in other customer service positions.
Sam
Client Service RepresentativeSam has been working in the animal services field since 2010 and has three years experience in Veterinary Client Services. She absolutely loves working with animals and further expanded her knowledge by graduating from North Shore Community College with an Associates in Animal Science in 2014.
Mia T
Veterinary Technician, CVTMia joined our team while still finishing her degree in veterinary technology at UMass Amherst, Mount Ida Campus. She rescued a beagle named Max who is a retired research beagle. Mia enjoys working with all animals and treating them with as much love as their owners would.
Holly
Veterinary Technician, CVTHolly is a graduate of UMass Lowell with a BS in Biology. She has also been working at a local dog rescue since 2016 that facilitates the transfer of homeless and surrendered dogs to a new caring home. She has also worked as a Receptionist, Kennel Technician and veterinary assistant.
Alaina
Veterinary Technician, CVTAlaina graduated from the two-year veterinary technology program at North Shore Community College. She also passed the Veterinary Technicians National Examination and is now a CVT. In her free time, Alaina enjoys making art, listening to music, and rollerblading.

Veterinary TechnicianMia always knew she loved animals, but she didn’t know she had a passion for working with them until she started walking dogs in 2018. She then transitioned into her first vet tech job two years ago, and that’s really where her passion for working with all types of small animals came to life.
