We are looking for a Veterinarian to join our team of funny, talented, forward thinking, career minded Veterinary professionals.   • Salary $152K
  • Production incentive $50-$100K
  • Sign-On/Retention Bonus of $30,000

Best Pets Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA certified, fear-free practicing, well-managed, full service, small animal hospital 20 minutes from Boston in Tewksbury, MA. We are an independent, veterinarian owned private practice looking for a progressive professional who wants to contribute new ideas to the practice.  Future option possible to buy into the business with Equity Ownership.

Job Description

Flexible schedule with 3 or 4 days/week or just work until the afternoon.  Optional Saturdays and we are closed on major holidays and Sundays.  Preference for skilled in general medicine, routine surgery, and interest in dentistry a plus.  Our practice respects and values our employees’ personal/work balance.  Your career will progress with new modalities like progressive pain management, ultrasound, and laser.  You will benefit from our membership in the prestigious Veterinary Management Groups (VMG) professional organization.

  • We do not offer boarding or grooming so that we can focus only on the medical needs of our patients.

Requirements

  • Preference of two-plus years’ experience at a small animal practice, though will also consider new graduates. 
  • Looking for individuals with good/expanding surgery skills, excellent bedside manners, deep love of animals and a strongly positive team collaborator.
