Job Description

The candidate will be expected to warmly greet clients and patients, answer phones and emails to clients, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain medical records and assist with other important business/office duties. The ability to multitask and a desire to contribute to our business’s success are important. The schedule includes some weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills—experience with social media and sales a big plus.

Work Environment

You will be working with the most modern cloud-based practice software. We also have the latest direct texting technology to reduce call volume so you can focus on relationships with our clients. We have a team environment that rewards individual inventiveness as we grow and succeed. This is a private independent practice with no corporate influence. Our practice strongly respects and values our employees’ personal/work balance.

Requirements

1+ years of experience at a veterinary hospital. Looking for individuals with a positive and outgoing attitude and good client communication skills. Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills and can adapt to new protocols as medicine and technology are ever-evolving. Will need to have a strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
